Shamrock Farms Flavors
Shamrock Farms milk. Ever heard of it? Well neither had I until a few months ago. These milks are packed with protein. Milk is high in protein in general but if you’re a real milk lover wanting to up your protein even more I’d consider taking a look at these milks. They range from 9-12g depending on the flavor, in every 12oz bottle. However there is quite a bit of sugar.
You have your standard flavors chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. There is also a reduced fat and whole milk option. I have tried all the flavors and there’s nothing really special about the chocolate or strawberry flavored milks but the vanilla… next level. If you like intense milk you will like the vanilla Shamrock Farms milk. It tastes the exact same as an intense milk only better. It is quite addicting.
Birthday Cake Milk
Shamrock Farms has spiced it up but dropping a limited edition birthday cake flavor. It even has the cutest little cow with a birthday hat on the packaging. I had high hopes for this flavor and I can say it delivered. The base was the yummy vanilla flavor and you got a mild birthday cake flavor mixed in with it. I wish it could have been a fun color like pink or blue, but its just white milk lol. But most importantly it doesn’t have to be your birthday to enjoy one of these bad boys, but you can always pretend it is 😉
Not only does Shamrock Farms sell milks but also protein shakes as well. So if the amount of protein isn’t enough for you in the milks grab a shake to go. I have not had the shakes yet but it is something I am interested in trying.
