Hibbard’s Ice Cream: Lewiston, NY

Ice Cream, you Scream, we all Scream for Ice Cream!

In the cute little town of Lewiston, NY you will not only find multiple places to eat but one of the most delicious ice cream parlors around.

Have you ever had frozen custard before? If not, that is something you must put on your bucket list to try. It’s a mixture between soft serve and hard ice cream. It has a shape to it. It’s scoopable but soft… You get the picture.

Anyways that’s what Hibbard’s Ice Cream is like. They have flavors galore, not just your basic vanilla and chocolate, they have many different flavors. I went ahead and got a strawberry sundae. Strawberry custard, hot fudge, peanuts, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. Deliciousness. Very easy to eat and leaves you wanting more.

Surprisingly there wasn’t a huge line, but I went back in the beginning of May for Mother’s Day so during the thick of summer the wait will be worth it. Right after you down a Haystack from The Silo. So save room for dessert!

Verdict: Yay
