Reese’s Pumpkin

Reese's Pumpkin is the best kind of Reese's!

Halloween is the beginning of the end of the year. It is such a wonderful time. I think Halloween is fun for all ages, not just kids. When you’re grown up you can still dress up and attend a Halloween party. Halloween changes through the years but nevertheless still is a treat.

As adults we can go buy candy whenever we want, it’s not a treat like it used to be as a child. Every child waits for Halloween to come around so they can stock up on candy to last them through the year. Not only that but manufacturers come up with themed candies. One of those being the Reese’s Pumpkin.

I don’t care what anyone says, the Reese’s Pumpkins are made differently than all other Reese’s. If you don’t believe me, have a regular Reese’s then a pumpkin one immediately after it, you be the judge. The individually wrapped pumpkin Reese’s have a different ratio of peanut butter to chocolate it seems, it could also very well be the shape they are made that gives them the edge. The chocolate is more smooth and creamy and the pumpkin doesn’t have any harsh edges like the original Reese’s Cup does. It just hits different. I could eat these endlessly and I am not an original Reese’s die hard fan.

Seasonal Reese's 🙂

Since then Reese’s has come up with a few more festive shapes such as the Christmas tree for Christmas and a heart for Valentine’s Day. Both of those shapes are better than the original as well but there’s something about that pumpkin shaped one, maybe it’s because it’s the first differently shaped one. It’s stuck in my head and I can’t get it out.

If you’re a chocolate and peanut butter lover then you probably have tried these infamous Reese’s. They are only here for a limited amount of time around Halloween, if you’re smart you’ll stock up on these and if you’re not it’s every man for them self. Tell me what your favorite Reese’s is?

Verdict: Yay
