Cheese VS. Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza
Pizza pizza pizza. America’s favorite pastime lol. Well it might not be America’s favorite pastime but it sure is one of mine! Nothing quite beats a good piece of pizza.
One of my favorite renditions of pizza is chicken wing pizza. I am on a quest to find the best chicken wing pizza around and it can’t be too hot, and when I say hot I mean spicy. I’m a mild type of girl.
Pizza Paul’s in Geneseo, NY is one of the BEST pizza parlors I have ever been to. Their basic cheese pizza is out of this world. The dough is thicker than most, the sauce has a unique but standard red sauce flavor to it, and the cheese is melted to perfection. But hold on, you NEED to get that side of Cains Blue Cheese to enjoy this pizza properly. I am a ranch girl but if there is Cains blue cheese, you better watch out. This pizza is a MUST try. I can not say enough good things about this pizza.
Soooo since I have been enamored with Pizza Paul’s original pizza I needed to try the chicken wing pizza from there. The chicken was cut up pieces of chicken fingers and I thoroughly enjoyed that. They were a bit bigger than bite sized. There was a tad bit too much hot sauce it it for my liking even though there wasn’t a ton (but then again I am not a spicy gal). The cheese was perfect and the blue cheese was hidden under the cheese. I of course had to get a side of blue cheese to dip my slices in, just because I can not eat pizza anymore without my lovely Cains.
It was a delicious pizza but nothing can quite beat their original. That is absolute fire. Pizza Paul’s has 2 locations Geneseo, NY and Lakeville, NY, please do yourself a favor and order pizza from this fine place. You will not regret it.
